Our new Health & Wellness Coaching program is designed to offer comprehensive support for those looking to improve their overall health and well-being.
Our program combines evidence-based health coaching with a holistic approach that addresses all aspects of health; physical, mental, and emotional. Based on the L.E.A.N (Lifestyle, Exercise, Attitude, and Nutrition) framework, each participant receives a tailored care plan to meet their unique needs and goals.

In addition to 1:1 coaching, we also offer optional weekly group sessions featuring a structured curriculum. These sessions provide a supportive community space for participants to share experiences, gain insights, and grow together on their wellness journeys.

Ayesha: A cliché statement that would describe my journey to health coaching would be “ I didn’t find health coaching, health coaching found me“. My career path has always been in the medical and service industry. I also recently re-ignited my health journey when I began to learn more about family health issues and made a conscious decision to change the trajectory of my life and generations that follow. When introduced to health coaching it only felt right to be able to fully practice my passions to the fullest to help individuals become their best self!
Meghan: When thinking about Health and Wellness, it can get overwhelming. There are many different factors that go into being healthy and living a healthy lifestyle, which can be intimidating to some. At least it was for me. Being a young mother my lifestyle changed dramatically. I stopped taking care of myself and focused solely on taking care of my son. I began noticing negative changes physically and mentally. Things didn’t fully click until my doctor sat me down and suggested I start living a healthier life. I was scared to start not knowing where to begin but when I started making changes I truly noticed that I was starting to feel better physically and mentally. I’m here to help make this not so scary or intimidating, to show you how easy it really can be to live a healthy life.
Together, they are dedicated to helping each participant achieve lasting health improvements.
